Dr. Rainer Henking studied physics at Leibniz Universität Hannover and received his doctorate from Laser Zentrum Hannover e. V.. He has experience in laser technology, optics, sensor technology, industry 4.0, automation and autonomous systems as well as in innovation management.
He is particularly interested in networking providers of high technology with users in a wide variety of industries. The maritime sector offers a wide range of possibilities here with the current developments in the field of autonomous shipping, digitalisation and "green shipping". His work at EurA includes the areas of network and R&D project Management.
